
500g or 1kg bracelets, how to choose?

Whether you want to strap them to your ankles or wrists, during a Pilates, Yoga or strengthening session or simply to add a little resistance to a walk in the forest or by the sea, the question of weight arises: 500g or 1kg?
Team Pilates reformer / Pilates mat / Yoga / Floor muscle strengthening : for 45-minute sessions, on both ankles and wrists, we recommend 500g bracelets, which you can keep “scratched” for the duration of your class/session.
We recommend the 1kg bracelets for certain movements/exercises only, such as “fire hydrants”, “glutes bridge” with leg raises, etc. Use them for short periods of time (5/10 min max).
Team Marche: you can wear the 500g on your ankles for the entire duration of your walk (30 min, 1h ...) without any problem: you will no longer feel them after a few moments! Do not hesitate to alternate between ankles and wrists, while making small arm movements while you walk!
Tips: you can also carry them “in your hands” and not with Velcro and use them like dumbbells!
