General Conditions of Sale
Any order placed for a product listed in the Maison Athlē online store implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all sales of products presented on this site. The customer declares that they have read them when placing the order. Any order placed on the site www.maisonathle.com implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 1: THE PURPOSE
The photographs in the online store are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale.
As such, the buyer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and acknowledges accepting them.
Maison Athlē reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time.
ARTICLE 2: PRICE
Maison Athlē reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
Postage and packaging costs are not FREE or included in the prices shown unless otherwise stated or promotional offers.
VAT is not applicable on all products on the Maison Athlē website.
ARTICLE 3: ORDER
The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product, must:
• enter your contact details in the corresponding fields, after having validated your basket
• validate your order after having checked it
• make the payment under the conditions provided
• confirm your order and payment
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of transaction. Maison Athlē will communicate by email confirmation of the recorded order which will constitute irrevocable acceptance of the order.
For any B2B order of weighted or personalized mats (with a logo other than that of Maison Athlē), and this once production is finished, any request for cancellation of order, any refusal of delivery or any return will not be accepted or refunded. And this to the extent that Maison Athlē will not be able to resell these personalized products on its website.
ARTICLE 4: METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payments are made either via Paypal or by credit card via Stripe. Published by the American company Stripe Company, this solution allows you to carry out your transactions quickly and securely. ARTICLE 5: DEADLINES AND DELIVERIES
The order will be executed at the latest within 5 working days (except pre-orders, where the order shipping dates are mentioned on each item and except in exceptional circumstances, which will be mentioned or communicated to the customer) from the day following the day on which the consumer placed his order, unless otherwise indicated on the site. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. Maison Athlē cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers.
Maison Athlē is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to the package once it has been handed over to the carrier.
ARTICLE 6: WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
In case of exchange or refund, return the new and unworn item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories to Maison Athlē .
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company Maison Athlē will reimburse the sums paid, within a maximum period of 15 days following notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
ARTICLE 7: RESPONSIBILITY
Maison Athlē , in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.
Maison Athlē cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or physical, which could result from improper use or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from suppliers. Maison Athlē 's liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions which could have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products.

Maison Athlē undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information communicated by customers on the site. This information is confidential. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning you. You can exercise this right by sending us a letter.
