Nationally, the standard shipping method is Mondial Relay for delivery to a relay point and Colissimo suivi for home delivery (delivered without signature). After shipping your package, we will send you a link that will allow you to access the online delivery tracking. Delivery costs are free from 150€ of purchases for national delivery only.

Once your order has been placed, a first message will confirm the contents of your order. A second message will be sent to you after your order has been shipped, in order to track its delivery.

Maison Athlē offers you a maximum period of 15 days after receipt of your package to return a product that does not satisfy you. The return costs will be at your expense. To do this:

• return your item in its original condition* within 15 days (after receiving your package) with your name, first name, email, telephone number and order reference

Maison Athlē reserves the right to refuse the exchange, credit or refund.

* The returned product must be in its original condition and must allow athlē to put it back on sale. Any product that has been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or without packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

It takes us approximately 15 business days to process your refund request. The refund will be credited to the card you paid with. You will receive a confirmation email once the amount has been credited back to your card.

We have a mission: to feminize sports accessories in order to motivate you even more to move. To do this, we are convinced that our accessories must make the link between fashion and sport, and therefore be inspired by trends. Our weighted bracelets, for example, are based on trendy colors, prints, materials, etc. We therefore try to follow the Fashion calendar with spring/summer and fall/winter collections. In an equally ecological desire, and in order to avoid as much as possible the effects of unsold stocks, we believe that offering certain products for pre-order is a coherent and effective way to achieve our mission :)
